What is the best internet provider for Calgary Alberta CANADA...PS I HATE SHAW CABLE?

I am currently on Shaw High speed but the idiots refuse to drop a new line so I can get the speed I am paying for. Im not overly fond of Telus really either, are there any other internet service providers out there that are good? I also do a lot of downloads too and prefer high speed...
