well, the first jumble is a MAC address. It is the id of the router serving as the gateway for the inet connection. The second is an IP address.

Well the first part looks like two script codes to me,or possibly a file name,probably generated by a BOT program,the second part i'm pretty sure is an I.P address.So while I can't tell you anything for sure,at my best guess that's a users private domain address (or several users,the cpe.net.cable.rogers.com part indicates that you only have part of the address,also that it's saying from one address to another)
