Rogers Cable with Hauppauge - What channels will I get?

I have a laptop with Vista with Windows Media Centre and I wanted to get the USB Hauppage device. I also have a Rogers PVR Scientic Atlanta Box - What I dont understand is how many channels will I get? Up to 70? Will I get the 400's?, will the program names show up in the menu? Please help me out. Thanks!
