You have to contact your internet service provider. They will be able to give you that information.

if your ISP was different , you cannot send messages in OE/Outlook.















You can send email using your parent"s email address.

but not yyy@ abcd.com















Use YahooMail or Hotmail or AOL identity and send messages from there.
