Hello. This is the first time I have ever tired to re-start by Dish Network TV. The box is called a View Sat. VS2000 come from Korea. The fellow We bought it from will come and get it running but that can take days. I am disabled and TV is important to my day. I would like to do the codes. I don't know how to identify my box. Also I go to the menu and get as far as parental controls and can't get past the pin code. What am I to do to enter the codes in the Box. I am new to all of this HELP Please Rod Garnett
