I'm a newbie and need info and help to program viewsat ultra. Also does anyone know if a switch is needed for the dish 1000.2 if only using one receiver.

Although I have never used one.

I believe that you set it up as if it were DP Twin plus the 3rd LNB.

That being the case the VS Ultra may have dificculty switch but you can certainly try.

The VS ultra doesnt supply enough power to run 3 lnbs, you will have to use a powered switch.
