cant someone help me when a turn on power no light but if i open the box and i touch the wire for thr front panel the light come crazy all kind of number and i cant not load the files with the loader 1 or 2 .

I had the same problem. Changed a high quality splitter to a cheap one and fixed the problem. If you have a splitter or feed through check it.
