Dish Network extra fees?

I'm about to order dish network, and i'm getting the dish latino 2, which is at 26.99 for ten months, are there any extra monthly fees? how much taxes do they charge? or is there any hidden fees? how much do u think i would end up paying per month? i would really appreciate ur help
