How do I place a complain regarding DISH NETWORK?
I made three calls to customer service and each call was given a different answer regarding my upgrade to HD programming. Not to mention being placed on hold every five seconds. This see to be a call center in India and I am frustrated with all this. I can't even speak to someone in the USA, My GOD. Do I complain to the FCC or elsewhere?

Well Get use to it the way the US companies seem to want to outsource everything. You may try calling at an odd time early morning or really late at night. I know it took me over an hour on the phone just to cancel mine subscription and go back to cable.
