hey i need some help... I need to know what service is better rather Direct

TV or the Dish Network? Im a big sports fan and want to know wich is just overall better ut also which is better for my sports? with the Dish network or Direct TV, or should i just stay with my local cable company which is Comcast with the on demand digital cable.. thanks alot
