best? ok ive had comcast for a while then i switched it cuz there were a lot of problems on the account and we had to overpay and then direct tv is charging me for things we didnt order... so what do u guys recommend i should get for new cable or satillite tv?

Sounds like all you have not considered is Dish Network...They are a little cheaper then DirecTV and tons cheaper than cable. You could also try tinfoil with an antenna.

I didn't think there was an alternative to Comcast but a friend of mine was using RCN and I just had them installed (http://www.rcn.com). May not be available in your area but it's worth a try. Same channels as Comcast and about five dollars a month cheaper. Otherwise Dish Network is the way to go.
