...tv's dvr? It is a DirectTV Plus receiver.















It locks up, stops playing in the middle of a recorded program, won't rewind, won't pause, etc etc etc...















I have reset it hundreds of times, spent hours on the phone with customer support, and erased the entire memory a few times as well.















This is the third receiver, they have swapped it for us twice.















Same problems with each one.















Did they not troubleshoot this model before releasing it, or does Tivo and all the others have the same problems?
