does anyone know how to contact Direct TV Head Quarters In the United States? Red Below before...

...answering? Ok I called the 1800 number on the Direct Tv Website and all I do is get transferred to Asia. I keep telling the rep to transfer me to a service rep in the United States and they say they can't do that. I have a severe issue with Direct Tv and in order to get it resolved I need a direct Tv head quarters in the US---NOT ASIA . I have recoreded three programs from the Direct TV Guide menu that are PG-13 movies for kids and when I go play them back to watch with my kids I get pornography movies. Its horrible and I want to do something about it but trying to get hold of direct TV in the US is impossible. Any Suggestions?

Try calling your local Direcct TV provider (the people who set up your dish) and ask them of ways to contact the headquarters. Or maybe they might be able to fix it.

That's outsourcing for you.

Write a letter to the address on your bill, and be sure to speak out against the absence of anyone in this country being available to help you with your problem. If that doesn't fix it, change to cable. Maybe if enough of us did this, they would listen.

Wow, that really IS horrible! Thanks for the warning. Whenever I have to call them, I get an English speaking person, sounds like they are from the U.S.. The number we call is 1-800-531-5000. Is that the same for you?

I would contact them by internet or the addresses provided by 'nature lover' above me.

Good Luck !
