Hi - Not sure exactly why this is happening but I purchased a Bell HD6141 receiver to hook up to my Epson ceiling mounted front projector. The projector is a full 1080P and is hooked to the Bell receiver with an HDMI cable. However, when I try to configure the receiver to a resolution higher than the default 480P (720p or 1080i) I get a blank screen for a second and then it returns back to the configuration screen showing that we are still at 480p... Hmmm.... Any ideas? Are these receivers not capable of anything higher then 480P through HDMI cables? I know that makes no sense...
