Sorry to say, but I believe I have thrown away my owners manual on this unit, can anyone direct me to find one, its an Emerson model EWH-100F DVR/DVD/VCR with 80 gig harddrive.

The manual needed would be (Y), manual no# 000528367, item no, Im looped and cannt find it, keeps telling me to go here, and I go thru and it takes me right back to the same place i was, so my cookies are looped, and Im not deleting them just yet.
anyway if anyone can link me to a site, I would be happy and thankful, a adobe PDF would be fine.
